The Town of Bedford Police Department Investigate Vandalism at Longwood Cemetery

BEDFORD, Va. – The Town of Bedford Police Department (BPD) is investigating property damage and vandalism that occurred overnight at the Longwood Cemetery. 

On October 6, 2023, at 7:34 a.m., officers responded to 1131 Park Street in reference to property damage call for service. Upon arrival, officers found damage to multiple tombstones and facilities on the property of the cemetery.
