Crispy Hot Honey Feta Chicken

Ingredients:

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Olive oil

Garlic powder

Paprika

Salt

Black pepper

Hot honey (or regular honey mixed with sriracha and a pinch of cayenne)

Crumbled feta cheese

Instructions:
1. Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

2. Season the Chicken
In a mixing bowl, coat the chicken breasts with olive oil.
Season generously with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

3. Sear for Crispiness
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.
Sear the seasoned chicken for 3–4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
(No need to cook it through at this point—just develop a nice crust.)

4. Bake the Chicken
Transfer the seared chicken to the prepared baking sheet or a baking dish.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20–25 minutes, or until fully cooked through, depending on the thickness.

5. Add Honey and Feta
About 5 minutes before the chicken is done, drizzle it with hot honey.
Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese generously over each piece.

6. Final Bake for Glaze
Return the chicken to the oven for another 5 minutes, just until the feta starts to melt and the honey turns bubbly and caramelized.

7. Serve and Enjoy

Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.
